Welcome to the Apollo Medical Group PA website at apollomedgroup.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.apollomedgroup.com/privacy.html, explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

This website provides general information about Apollo Medical Group PA, our clinics, our services, and how to request an appointment. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We may change or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that everything on the website is complete, accurate, or current.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a visit with a licensed healthcare provider. Do not rely on this website to make decisions about your health. Always consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use website forms, email, or the AI virtual assistant for urgent or emergency medical needs.

3. Appointment Requests and Booking

We offer two ways to request an appointment:

  • By phone. Calls to our phone lines may be answered by our AI virtual assistant, Sofia. Where the system is able to, Sofia can check availability and book the appointment directly in the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) scheduling system.
  • By website form or email. Requests submitted through our website form or by email are requests only. They are not confirmed appointments. Our customer care team and clinic staff will review your request, check availability, and contact you to confirm a date and time.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment time, a specific provider, or same-day availability. Appointment availability depends on each clinic's schedule.

4. Our AI Virtual Assistant

Sofia is an artificial intelligence (AI) virtual assistant. Sofia is not a person and cannot provide medical diagnosis, emergency care, or a substitute for a clinician. When you speak with Sofia, information you provide may be used to answer your question or book an appointment, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our 24/7 triage support offers general guidance by phone and can connect you with emergency help when needed. It does not replace emergency services. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

5. No Patient Relationship Created by Website Use

Using this website, submitting a request, or speaking with our virtual assistant does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship with Apollo Medical Group PA or any of our providers. A patient relationship begins when you are scheduled and seen by one of our providers.

6. Insurance and Coverage

We accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and many other PPO and HMO plans, as listed on our website and in our clinic materials. Plans accepted can vary by clinic and may change. Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan, and we do not guarantee that any particular service will be covered. Please contact your clinic to verify your coverage before your visit.

Apollo Medical Group PA is a primary care practice and does not sell insurance or recommend a specific insurance plan to anyone.

7. Reviews and Testimonials

Patient reviews and testimonials shown on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results. Reviews from Google are displayed as posted on Google. Patient testimonials are shown only with permission or as published reviews.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and design elements, is owned by Apollo Medical Group PA or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Our website contains links to third-party sites and services, including Google Maps, Google Reviews, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own discretion.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Medical Group PA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website's availability, accuracy, or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Medical Group PA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.apollomedgroup.com/privacy.html. By using this website, you acknowledge that policy.
